VideoSession green 150x150 Disruption - Your Journey from Now to Next

Presenter: Senior Leadership Advisor, International Speaker & Best-selling Author David Nour

Most mental health leaders would agree that to remain relevant, they must evolve. After all, the unique needs and opportunities in the industry are evolving. With ever  increasing demands in data analytics, social, mobile, cloud, NPS, Sentiment Analysis, and soon to join the party, AI/Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrencies, doing  more of the same will no longer suffice. Although disruption is interesting to talk about, it’s a complex topic. We believe it to be a journey, from Now to Next involving a stair step to Iterate -  Innovate - and Disrupt. In this innovation mini-workshop, we’ll discuss the fundamental flaws in many business models in a dynamic and highly agile market, opportunities to scale and create  new profitable revenue and growth avenues, the critical need to pivot ahead of market demands, and the ever increasing impact of technology combined with customer-centricity.

VideoSession green 150x150Curve Benders – How Strategic Relationships Can Power Your Non-linear Growth in the Future of Work

Presenter: Senior Leadership Advisor, International Speaker & Best-selling Author David Nour

In the future of how we’ll work, live, play, and give, 15 forces will create dramatic headwind, tailwind, or turbulence in our lives and careers. Learning their relevance is no longer  optional; it’s a necessity. For most mental health professionals learning is linear – they learn, then they apply. When it comes to your industry relationships, a different lens is needed.  Time and again, people enter our lives that dramatically alter both the direction and destination of our lives. These individual relationships become enablers of an adaptive and accelerated  non-linear growth. They are your Curve Benders. So, who are your Curve Benders and how do you find them? More importantly, how do you become one in the lives of others? And how can  the Curve Bending mindset unlock the next level of value creation and profitable growth in the mental health industry? Find out in this exciting session!

VideoSession green 150x150 Digitizing Your Enterprise - A View of What 2027 May Look Like for Your Organization

Presenters:  CEO Mike Valentine and EVP of Corporate Development Kevin Scalia, of Netsmart; CEO Steven Ronik EdD, of Henderson Behavioral Health; President & CEO Abby Drane MBA CPA, of Seven Counties Services; and President & CEO Carl Clark MD, of WellPower

Innovation. Transformation. Agility. The current approach to the use of technology will need to change to meet the healthcare system needs and to capture the opportunities of the near future. Organizations will need a comprehensive technology platform that will seamlessly integrate care, promote safer communities, and utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) on larger data sets to improve efficiencies and drive better outcomes. How and where do you begin? There are numerous strategies, but a good place to start is to focus on the windshield (next 12 months), landscape (19-36 months) and horizon (37-60 months). Organizations are often highly attentive to windshield items, which today include workforce shortages, staff retention and easier, more efficient ways for staff to complete their work. During this session, you’ll hear from organizations that are balancing their focus on the windshield and landscape as they move beyond automating documentation and into areas such as providing more mobile care, while also preparing for what’s on the horizon, where they are employing predictive analytics and AI-powered clinical decision support. Those who succeed will be the organizations that reimagine their technology foundation by leading with dynamic, innovative solutions to transform both the client and staff experience for the better.

The presentation highlights how co-located collaborations with police, hospitals, and other social service agencies were developed and expanded beyond the original intent to address criminal justice, health care, housing options, employment and other social determinants of health, including  the on-going efforts needed to develop a common culture between groups with differing approaches. The presentation will also show how a strategic substance use treatment marketing  campaign was created and has been effective in increasing outreach, engagement and enrollment in services.

VideoSession green 150x150You Can’t Color Inside the Lines If There Are No Lines

Presenter: Principal at Health Management Associates Joshua Rubin

The days of bright lines are over. The days of hybrids, integration, collective responsibility, shared services, multi-service providers, and multi-provider platforms are here. We  had clear definitions of our agencies, our clients, our services, and our missions. Now we have confusion, competition, and chaos as new providers, funders, and models emerge to challenge us and push us forward. Behavioral health agency executives face massive strategic challenges and unprecedented paradigm shifts that will require creativity, courage, and confident leadership. With the lines gone, so is any security we had, but so are a lot of the constraints that have held us back. It’s time to draw something new, different, better.
