Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a full- or part-time counselor to work with individuals with psychiatric disorders in our Trumbull County office.  The therapist will provide counseling services and diagnostic assessments.  Must be licensed as an LPC, LSW, LPCC or LISW; have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments; and one year experience providing therapy to people with severe and persistent mental illness.  Must have an NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.
