Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a Chief Officer to organize, develop, and lead the clinical services delivered in Belmont, Harrison & Monroe Counties, which includes psychiatry, case management, crisis, outpatient behavioral health therapy and specialty community based services.
As a Chief Officer, duties include providing service growth, service development, leadership, and clinical and administrative supervision, monitors product goals and key indicators, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring budgets. The Chief Officer also serves on Clinical Council and will work in partnership with the identified Mental Health Boards.
Eligible candidates must have a Master's degree and three years of supervisory experience in behavioral health or health care. Must have an independent license as a Psychologist, LISW, LPCC; have an NPI number; a CAQH account; be enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid; and have experience managing multi-site operations.
