Intensive In-Home Based Therapist (IHBT) - Adolescent
Coleman Health Services, formerly Coleman Professional Services (CPS), is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking therapists for Intensive Home Based Therapy program to make a difference in the lives of families with children/adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) at risk for out-of-home placement. The IHBT Therapist will conduct comprehensive behavioral health treatment services to clients and their families 3-5 hours a week within the home and community for 3-6 months. The services integrate assessment, crisis response, individual and family psychotherapy, service and resource coordination, rehabilitative skill development and treatment of substance use disorders. The therapist will maintain a small caseload up to 7 clients at a time with flexible scheduling.
Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in related field; a LSW or LPC; a NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number; experience providing services to children and/or families; ICT/SUD competency and able to work some evening hours. LISW or LPCC preferred.
