Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Inc. has named Julie Pratt as the new President/CEO. Julie has been with CMHS for 12 years and most recently served as Vice President of Operations and interim CEO.  Julie's wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm will be an asset in her new position and we look forward to her involvement in mhca.

Signal Behavioral Health Network, a subsidiary of AllHealth Network, is Colorado’s largest Managed Services Organization. Signal partners with the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health, 35 counties, several judicial districts, and other organizations to manage the quality of and funding for the continuum of substance use disorder services in the Denver-Metro, Northeastern, and Southeastern regions of Colorado.

Appointed as CEO in 2015, Daniel Darting has been with Signal since 2008, previously serving as Director of Information Technology. Daniel also provides leadership to the Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council and the Colorado Providers Association, serving on the executive committees of both organizations.

Emergence Health Network of El Paso, Texas, rejoined mhca this quarter. EHN is the largest mental health provider in El Paso County with 19 service locations. They assist adults, children, veterans, and homeless and justice-involved individuals with severe/persistent mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance abuse issues. CEO Kristen Daugherty, who has been at the helm since 2012, reports EHN recently opened a private-pay clinic to provide mental health, substance use and primary care services outside of the state funding stream.

Kate earned her Master of Social Work at Florida International University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida.

BurdenMatt 2018 crMatt Burden Matthew Burden succeeded Rocco Schiralli as President/CEO of Porter-Starke Services on December 29, 2017. He previously served as Executive Director/CEO at Swanson Center. He holds a Doctorate of Developmental Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and serves as a board member for the Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Centers. Rocco Schiralli will stay on at Porter-Starke as their Chief Strategy Officer.
