Tracie Horton succeeded Beverly Loy as CEO/Executive Director of The Adanta Group Behavioral Health Services. Tracie joined Adanta in 2004 as Assistant to the CEO. Her responsibilities included contracts, purchasing, insurance, credentialing, billing, and claims tracking/resolution, as well as any special projects assigned by the CEO. She previously worked at the Virginia Department of Health as a Health Educator focusing on environmental and policy change as it relates to creating healthier communities. She has a Bachelor’s in Biology Emory & Henry College and an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from Old Dominion University.

Lauren LauderVicki Clark

Ravenwood Health is a mental health and addiction treatment and prevention services organization that has been serving children and adults in the heart of the Ohio Snow Belt for more than 50 years. With a nine-million-dollar annual budget and 175 employees, Ravenwood Health offers a comprehensive continuum of care with over twenty-five different programs.

Vicki Clark joined Ravenwood Health in 1986 as the Director of Sex Abuse Treatment Services. She served as the Chief Operating Officer from 1989 to 2013 and then became the President and CEO. She received her Bachelor of Psychology and her Master of Community Counseling degrees from Kent State University.   She completed her post-graduate work in counseling at Cleveland State University and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement in the state of Ohio.  Vicki lives in Mentor, Ohio, with her husband, Dave.  They have two grown children, a son, Michael, age 30, and his wife, Heather, and daughter, Mackenzie, 28.  She is an avid reader and particularly enjoys dystopian and historical fiction.

SMA Healthcare is a large not-for-profit, comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment agency that serves Floridians in a four-county area in Northeast Florida.

Ivan Cosimi started with SMA in 1998 as the Chief Financial Officer and became CEO in January of 2015. Ivan is a Certified Public Account (CPA), received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and has his Master’s Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Ivan has served on other area non-profit boards and is a proud resident of Port Orange for the last 20 years.  He has been married to his wife Laura for the last 30 years and is a proud parent to Alex (23) and Brianna (21).

Lauren LauderBill Trowbridge

Bill Trowbridge has succeeded Bob Krumwied as president and CEO of Regional Health Systems. Bill was formerly president and CEO of Paladin, a Northwest Indiana human service organization. During his 7-year tenue, Bill developed strategic partnerships and pursued mergers and acquisitions to grow Paladin from a $1.7 million organization with 56 employees to a nearly $15 million organization with over 400 employees serving thousands daily. Bill, a former US Marine, also serves as the executive director of ARC of Northwest Indiana and as an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University School of Law where he also earned his law degree. He also holds an MBA from Purdue University.

Lauren LauderLori Strobl

TCN Behavioral Health Services is a non-profit organization that provides mental health and substance abuse treatment services to youth and adults in Greene County, Ohio and surrounding communities. TCN employs sixteen psychiatrists and over 180 employees to serve over 7,000 clients annually.   

Prior to taking the helm as CEO of TCN in 2016, Lori Strobl served as the organization’s Vice President of HR/Legal Services. She is an experienced attorney and adjunct professor and also owns a real estate holding company. She holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Kentucky.
