* Aspire Indiana operates a Social Enterprises Program that provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged individuals. The Social Enterprise Program has four service lines: vending, coffee service, housekeeping and the program's flagship: Harvestland Farm. Harvestland Farm is home to Aspire's Community Supported Agriculture Program. In addition, Harvestland participates in area farmer's markets and operates a year-round, on-site farm store.
* HIV Care Coordination: This is a specialized form of case management for those diagnosed with HIV infection. It consists of goal oriented activities that create, locate, coordinate and/or monitor a wide range of HIV-related health and human services.
* Deaf Services: Provides services for deaf adult and children throughout the state to those who are deaf but also experience mental health illness and/or emotional disorders. A variety of services are provided to include a residential program, outpatient services, anger management/addictions groups as well as supportive employment.
