2017 Non-Member Conference Registration Fee / Additional Exhibitor or Sponsor Conference Registration

Registration fee required for all individuals who wish to attend a conference who are not current mhca Members, invited guests, or vendors who have already been approved and paid to exhibit at a specific conference.

All individuals wishing to register for and attend a conference who don't meet the criteria listed above must first contact us at 850-942-4900 to request approval to attend. Upon approval, you may then use the button below to make payment.

Registrations cancelled prior to 30 days before a conference will forfeit 50% of payment. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a conference.

2016 Conference Exhibit Booth

Conference exhibit booth (tabletop display) - includes a maximum of two (2) conference registrations, one (1) 6' draped table, two (2) chairs, one (1) trash can, and access to electrical hookup. Full payment due at least 30 days prior to conference in order to be accepted.

To be included in PRELIMINARY program, payment must be received 90 days prior to conference. Exhibits cancelled prior to 30 days before a contracted conference will forfeit 50% of payment unless that space is resold, in which case only a $100 service fee will be charged. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to conference dates.
